In Cambodia, most stores offer WiFi for free. Phnom Penh which is the capital city of Cambodia has many stylish cafes and there are many power outlets. There is one thing you need to be aware of in Cambodia which can be called Digital Nomad heaven. That is the speed of WiFi.

After ordering you will receive a WiFi password from the store clerk and you can not open the page easily even if you connect to WiFi to start working on your seat. This happens occasionally.

There is no problem if you have a local SIM card capable of 3G, 4G communication, but when you do not have SIM you can not resist the shock when such a problem occurs.

Summary and our recommended cafe

The fastest WiFi in Phnom Penh are Starbucks Reserve Boeung Keng Kang and Samaky restaurant and lounge in cafe and restaurant in Phnom Penh respectively.
In the cafe ranking, Starbucks Reserve is 1st place, but the cafe I recommend the most is 95 Degree Coffee & Bakery. Unlike Starbucks Reserve, you can use Wifi with multiple devices and it’s easy to find your seat. It seems that this cafe is just opened recently, so the inside of the store is also beautiful. I think the best cafe for working in Phnom Penh is 95 Degree Coffee & Bakery.
