*We boosted our job offer post on our Facebook page with Facebook Ad and it was the first time to join this kind of Tech & Startup event as an exhibitor.
Actually, we did not have much time to prepare for the exhibition, so I guess you can get a better result. Of course, the category of your startup/business affects the result.
To be honest, I’m satisfied with this result. In the first version of the schedule, there was no exhibition on Sunday. But actually, there was. We could not expose our services on Sunday but the actual result was over our estimated result.
Lastly, I’d like to share some tips of exposing services at an exhibition.
At the exhibition area, there were many other exhibitors. So it was really hard to attract participants. In the first day, I researched what kind of exhibitors grab participants’ interest. As the result, I found out that exhibitors which had video, huge banner, or something participants could try, attracted participants.
Now is the age of Selphy. Some exhibitors provide a panel for Selphy and take photos for participants.
It’s based on my personal experience and research but these two are the tips for the future exhibitor.
